was introduced to European Residency as I needed an option for my family and I to be free of the 90 day travel rule to enable us to spend more time in the Canary Islands, with a view to ultimately moving more permanently from the United Kingdom. It was complicated as it involved my wife and I, three children (one in school, one in university and one in full time work) together with my elderly mother. 

From the moment of my first message to European Residency, the experience has been truly excellent. Their initial response was fast and provided replies on every aspect I queried. Once engaged, European Residency immediately got things done. I was kept fully up to date on a very regular basis. Any questions I asked were replied to comprehensively and near immediately. With all government bodies, their need for full due diligence and supply of documents and proof was considerable. However European Residency made this seamless for me and took all the effort out from my part. If any hurdle or barrier was set by the government body, European Residency quickly overcame this on my behalf and smoothed the process – they have a ‘can do’ attitude where ’no’ is not an option.
