SERVICES AGREEMENT & TERMS & CONDITIONS

THIS AGREEMENT is entered into on this day of , 2026, BY AND BETWEEN:

THE COMPANY: ERAC LTD, a company incorporated under the laws of the UK, having its registered office
at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”;

AND

THE CLIENT: ___________________________, holder of Passport No: _______________, residing at
______________________________________________________, hereinafter referred to as the “Client”.

WHEREAS:

A. The Company provides legal, advisory, and administrative submission services for Citizenship and residency
programs.
B. The Client wishes to retain the Company to assist in obtaining secondary citizenship and or residency.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

  • “Application” means the file, forms, and documents submitted to the Host Government.
  • “Host Government” means the sovereign nation offering the Citizenship or Residency  program selected by the Client.
  • “Approval in Principle” means the official, conditional approval issued by the Host Government prior to the final investment payment.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Company agrees to provide the following services:

  • Reviewing the Client’s background documents for program eligibility.
  • Assisting with the preparation and legalization of all required government application forms.
  • Submitting the completed application file to the Host Government via authorized channels.
  • Tracking application progress and communicating updates to the Client.

3. FEES AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE

The Client agrees to pay the Company and the Host Government according to the following schedule:
Milestone / Fee Type Due Date Refund Status
Retainer Fee Upon agreement in principle Strictly Non-Refundable
Government Due Diligence Fee Upon submission of Application Strictly Non-Refundable
Main Investment Within 15 days of Approval in Principle Refundable only if denied

4. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS & DUE DILIGENCE

  • Absolute Veracity: The Client warrants that all information, personal history, and documents provided are 100% authentic, accurate, and truthful.
  • Source of Wealth: The Client must provide undeniable documentary proof of the legal origin of all investment funds.
  • Criminal Record: The Client warrants that they have no criminal record, active investigations, or international sanctions against them.

5. TERMINATION AND DEFAULT

  • Termination by Company: The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately without a refund if:
    • The Client provides falsified or misleading documents.
    • The Client fails to pass the Company’s internal compliance check.
    • The Client fails to make any payment within fourteen (14) business days of its due date.
  • Termination by Client: The Client may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving written notice, acknowledging that all fees paid up to that date are forfeited.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & GOVERNMENT SOVEREIGNTY

  • No Guarantee of Success: The Client explicitly acknowledges that the ultimate power to grant or deny citizenship rests solely with the Host Government. The Company gives no warranty, express or implied, regarding the success of the application.
  • Legislative Changes: The Host Government reserves the right to change investment thresholds, background check requirements, or processing times at any time. The Company is not liable for financial losses caused by changes in sovereign laws.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION

  • Data Security: The Company shall implement strict technical measures to protect the Client’s biometric, financial, and personal data in accordance with international data privacy standards.
  • Authorized Disclosure: The Client authorizes the Company to share their personal information exclusively with the Host Government’s citizenship unit, authorized translators, and escrow agents.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the UK. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts. 

 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date first written above.
